This was a hit with the grilled sea bass I made last night—the minerality really cut through the richness beautifully. Surprisingly good persistence on the finish for a white Bordeaux.

The citrus and acacia notes on the nose really deliver, and the minerality cuts through nicely alongside grilled fish. It’s got that crisp freshness without being too sharp, which keeps me coming back for another glass.

This Sauvignon Blanc has that perfect balance of lively freshness and a creamy texture that makes it feel more complex than most whites at this price. The minerality really comes through on the finish, and it paired beautifully with some grilled sea bass last night.
