DOMAINE KIENTZLER RIESLING 2022, Alsace

The chalky structure really balances the ripe peach flavors perfectly—this is one of those wines that tastes even better on the second sip. I’m impressed by how long the finish lingers without being heavy.

Had this with a simple roast chicken last night and the chalky structure paired beautifully, cutting through the richness. The finish really does last a good long while, making every sip feel like an event. Already planning to grab another bottle for the next gathering.

The peach and lemon curd notes are beautifully balanced by that dry, mineral finish. It’s elegant but has enough concentration to stand up to food, which I really appreciated. A fantastic bottle for the price.
