WINES OF SUBSTANCE 'RI' RIESLING 2025

The lime zest and honeysuckle really come through on the nose, but the finish is where that flinty kick lingers beautifully. I opened it with grilled fish and it held up perfectly, lively without being too sharp. This is my new go-to for a weeknight pour that feels a bit special.

The lime zest and jasmine notes really come through beautifully, making this Riesling feel fresh and complex. It paired perfectly with a spicy Thai curry, cutting through the heat. Definitely grabbing another bottle for summer.

Opened it with dinner tonight and the white peach and jasmine notes really came through beautifully. It’s crisp and complex without being too heavy, which is just what I wanted.
