That chamomile and quinine spine really holds the fruit together, and the finish keeps echoing with brioche and macadamia long after the glass is empty. Even at this age, the white peach still feels fresh, and it's the kind of bottle that makes a quiet dinner feel like an occasion.

The mango and papaya fruit is incredibly concentrated but balanced by that chamomile and quinine bitterness. It’s a serious white wine that still feels lush and creamy on the palate. This bottle definitely delivered on complexity.
