The tropical fruit and lemon verbena notes come through beautifully, making it a perfect match for a light summer salad. Even with minimal filtering, the texture feels silky and refined. I’m already planning to grab another bottle for next weekend.

The six months on lees really rounds out the tropical fruit notes beautifully. Opened a bottle with grilled fish last night and the lemon verbena finish lingered perfectly.
