That clay and limestone combo really gives this wine a lively, balanced mouthfeel that I wasn't expecting from a Sauvignon Blanc. The citrus notes are bright but not overwhelming, making it perfect for a light dinner.

The limestone and flint really come through on the finish, giving it a nice mineral edge that balances the citrus notes perfectly. Pairs beautifully with a simple goat cheese salad.

This Sauvignon Blanc has that signature Loire minerality from the clay and flint soils, which really comes through in a clean, balanced finish. The citrus notes are bright without being too sharp, and it’s surprisingly round for a white wine. I’ll definitely be buying another bottle.
