جين سكوفلو أولد توم، الولايات المتحدة 750 مل

The higher ABV gives this gin a nice kick, and it's surprisingly smooth over ice. I've been mixing it in Negronis and the slight sweetness balances the bitterness perfectly.

I wasn’t sure about the malted note from the description, but it adds a really pleasant smoothness that makes this gin perfect just over ice. The higher proof is noticeable but not harsh, and it mixes beautifully in a Negroni without getting lost.

Poured this over a big ice cube after dinner and the sweetness balanced the higher proof perfectly. My usual martini felt a little more interesting with that subtle malt backbone.
