TULCHAN SPEYSIDE GIN, Scotland 750ml

The copper pot still distillation really gives this gin a smooth, rich texture that stands out from standard London drys. I used it in a simple martini and the juniper notes came through perfectly clean without any harsh bite. Already planning to buy another bottle.

I was curious how a gin from whisky country would taste, and the small batch distillation in copper pot stills gives it a really smooth, complex finish. It’s become my go-to for a classic G&T.

The juniper-forward taste is crisp and clean without that harsh alcohol burn you get from cheaper gins. I’ve been using it in martinis and the smooth finish really lets the botanicals shine through.
