UNTURNED STONE 'THE HATCHLING' SAUVIGNON BLANC 2022، كاليفورنيا

This one doesn’t hide its personality—that Musque clone really leans into the tropical side, and it’s bold enough that you notice it from the first sip. I wasn’t expecting such a punchy, flavorful white for the price, and it paired surprisingly well with a simple weeknight shrimp dish.

The tropical fruit notes from the Musque Clone really pop in this one—it’s got that bold, almost juicy S.B. character without being overly sweet. Perfect for a warm evening when you want something refreshing but with a bit of personality.

This Sauvignon Blanc is wonderfully aromatic—I picked up strong hints of passionfruit and guava the moment I opened the bottle. It’s crisp and refreshing without being too sharp, perfect for a warm evening. Definitely buying another case for summer.
