That espresso and dark chocolate note really comes through on the finish, giving it a nice richness beyond just fruit. Opened up beautifully after about twenty minutes in the glass, perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner.

The plum and red cherry flavors stay lively on the palate, but the creamy oak gives it a smooth finish that makes it easy to sip on its own. I opened it with a casual dinner and it held up well from the first glass to the last.
