WOODINVILLE STRAIGHT RYE

I'm not usually a fan of straight ryes, but the way the cinnamon and clove aromas hit right after pouring really sold me. The caramel and honey on the palate make it smooth enough to sip neat on a cold evening.

The fruit leather note really balances out the wood spice, making this rye smoother than I expected for a 100% mash bill. I’ve been sipping it neat and the honey comes through nicely on the finish.

That first pour hit me with cinnamon and clove right away, and the honey on the palate smooths out the rye bite beautifully. I've been nursing this bottle for a week and it's only getting better, the fruit leather note keeps pulling me back for another sip.
