I wasn’t sure what to expect from a liqueur described as both sweet and gin-like, but it really works—the herbal spice balances the honey beautifully. Perfect for sipping slowly after dinner.

The lavender honey note is the first thing that hits you, and it melts into that herbal spice so smoothly it's hard to believe it's just one bottle. I keep coming back to the way the sweetness shifts into those gin-like aromatics on the finish—it's genuinely complex for the price.

I was skeptical about the sweetness at first, but the way it fades into Christmas spice and gin-like aromatics is really unique. It’s perfect for sipping after dinner—the lavender honey comes through beautifully.
