(Gennaio 2024)" - Vinous - Antonio Galloni

Samuel ★★★★★

Decided to decant this for a couple of hours and the minty, hard candy notes really started to emerge beautifully. The tannins are still pretty firm but the balance is there for the long haul.

Christopher ★★★★★

Opened it after a year in bottle and the tightness is finally starting to loosen, though it still needs air. The inner perfume and that hint of hard candy are what keep pulling me back for another sip.

Ava ★★★★★

That crushed red berry fruit and mint combo really comes through on the nose, but the palate is still pretty tight right now. I'm going to cellar this for a few more years to let it soften up.
