Stauning Smoke è un whisky single malt leggermente affumicato di origine danese, prodotto con orzo locale affumicato su erica e torba del posto. Invecchiato per 5-6 anni in un mix di botti di Bourbon di primo riempimento, Madeira e rum giamaicano, e barili nuovi di rovere americano. Non filtrato e non filtrato a freddo. 94 Proof.

Goditi sottili note di fumo di falò, agrumi, miele, tabacco di rosa canina, frutta secca tostata, vaniglia ed erbe fresche.
