DANCING CROW ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン 2023、レイク郡

I opened this bottle with a simple grilled chicken dinner and the crisp apple and apricot notes made it feel like a much fancier wine. It's refreshingly dry without being too sharp, perfect for a warm evening.

Guava and pear really come through on the first sip, which made it a hit with our grilled chicken. It’s crisp enough that I didn’t even need to chill it further, though a bit more acidity would’ve rounded it out.

Really crisp and clean on the palate, with the pear and apricot flavors balancing nicely without being too sweet. I served it with a light chicken dish and it worked perfectly.
