E・ギガル コンドリュー 'ラ・ドリアーヌ' 2009、ローヌ

That beautiful earthiness balances the fruit perfectly—I could smell it from across the room. On the palate, the peach blossom really does lift the whole experience; it's as balanced as described. Definitely worth the hunt for a special bottle.

The floral and stone fruit aromas are perfectly integrated, and that balance carries through to an incredibly long, silky finish. This is exactly the kind of elegant, well-aged white that makes Condrieu so special.

I was blown away by how the peach blossom carries through from the nose to the finish—such a seamless, elegant experience. The balance is spot-on, and it paired beautifully with a simple seafood pasta.
