I opened this for a special dinner and the licorice and white currant notes were incredibly complex, evolving in the glass for hours. It's still youthful and vibrant for a 2010, with a silky texture that coats the palate perfectly. A truly memorable white Rhône that justifies the splurge.

The mix of white peach and flowers on the nose is exactly as described, and the texture is so rich it feels almost creamy. I’ve had other Rhone whites, but this one’s 90% Marsanne really shows off its age beautifully.
