Took a chance on this 2018 Sauvignon Blanc and the Key Lime pie flavor really comes through on the palate, perfectly balanced with a crisp lemon drop finish. Paired beautifully with a goat cheese appetizer last weekend.

That jasmine and citrus on the nose is exactly what I get every time I open a bottle. The Key lime pie flavor is surprisingly spot-on, and it finishes so clean and crisp. Perfect for a light summer meal.

The lemon drop finish makes this wine dangerously easy to drink — I paired it with a simple goat cheese salad and it was perfect. The jasmine and citrus notes are bright without being too sharp.
