The candied citrus and vanilla notes are exactly as described, with a surprisingly smooth acidity that doesn't overpower. I served it slightly chilled with grilled fish and it was a perfect pairing.

That golden-green color is gorgeous in the glass, and the candied citrus notes hit right away. The vanilla and almond finish gives it a creamy richness without being too heavy, and the acidity keeps it fresh.

I was really surprised by how balanced it is—the rich fruit and that smooth acidity work perfectly together. The finish is clean without being too sharp, which makes it great for sipping on its own.
