RIHAKU DANCE OF DISCOVERY JUNMAI、日本 300ml

That cleansing acidity at the end really balances the smoky sweetness perfectly. I've been sipping it slightly chilled and the malt-like flavor keeps me coming back for another glass.

That smoky-sweet first sip gives way to such a clean, dry finish—it's like two drinks in one glass. The malt-like undertone makes it feel more substantial than most junmai I've tried, and the 300ml bottle is perfect for a solo evening pour.

The layered texture surprised me most—it’s both smoky and sweet upfront, but that clean acidity really cuts through on the finish. I’ve been sipping it slightly chilled and the malt-like richness keeps pulling me back for another glass.
