That saltwater taffy salinity is the surprise star here—it rounds out the apple and melon so the sweetness doesn’t cloy. I opened it with sushi and ended up sipping it alone, the finish stays clean and food-friendly.

The melon and banana notes are so bright they almost feel like a fruit cocktail, but that saltwater taffy saltiness keeps it grounded and interesting. Poured a glass with sushi and it disappeared way too fast, so I guess that’s a good sign.
