Opened this after a long week and the guava and passion fruit hit right away, exactly the juicy refresher I needed. It stayed light on its feet through dinner, and the herbaceous finish made the roasted veggies taste even better.

The tarragon and thyme notes gave this a lovely savory edge that balanced the bright passion fruit perfectly. Paired it with roasted veggies and it was a great match for a weeknight dinner.

I was surprised by how well the kiwi and passion fruit come through without being too sweet, it’s incredibly balanced. Picked up a bottle to go with roasted veggies and it was a perfect match.
