ANGOSTURA BITTERS, Trinidad, (4 oz)

I've been using this in my old fashioned and daiquiri recipes for a few weeks, and the depth it adds is incredible. That 4 oz bottle is perfect for my home bar, since I don't go through bitters quickly.

Finally found a bottle small enough to keep behind my home bar without taking over the shelf, and it works perfectly for settling my stomach after a heavy meal. Just a few dashes completely changed the depth of my whiskey sour.

I've been adding this to my old-fashioneds and it really deepens the flavor profile without being overpowering. The 4 oz bottle is a perfect size to keep behind the bar and will last through plenty of cocktail nights.
