That thyme note on the nose caught me off guard—adds a really interesting herbal layer to the bright citrus. The minerality on the finish is pronounced but perfectly balanced, exactly what I look for in a white. Went beautifully with a creamy seafood pasta last night.

The lemon and lime on the nose is exactly as described, and that hit of thyme makes it feel surprisingly complex for the price. Perfectly tart with a nice stone fruit finish, went great with a simple seafood pasta.

That balanced minerality really makes it stand out — pairs perfectly with the grilled shrimp I had last night. The acidity is crisp but not overwhelming, and the thyme note adds a nice herbal touch. Definitely a solid white for seafood or creamy pasta.
