Baardseth's VSOP Limited Release Cognac is a reflection of the methods and traditions passed down through three generations of family craftsmen. This bottling utilizes grapes from the 2 best Crus - Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne - crafted into a blend of Cognacs aged 4-6 years. Enitcing aromatics include dried apricot, orange peel, prune, fresh grapes, caramel and lightly toasted oak. The rich palate reveals crystalized dried fruit, ripe peach, vanilla, pastry dough, butterscotch, honey, nutmeg and cinnamon. The round finish lingers lovingly.
