Baardseth's Cognac XO is a reflection of the methods and traditions passed down through three generations of family craftsmen. This Single Cru bottling is crafted in alambic stills from a blend of Cognacs aged 10-20 years. Elegant and refined, it offers intriguing aromatics of blonde tobacco, citrus peel and cigar box spice wedded to a luxurious palate of baked apple, prune, toffee, dried fruit and oak spice. The finish is pleasantly warm, smooth and long.

Evelyn ★★★★★

The alambic still distillation gives this XO a depth I've never found in cheaper blends. Smooth enough for sipping neat, but with enough complexity to keep you exploring the glass.

Emily L. ★★★★★

The three generations of family tradition really come through in the depth of this XO. It's smoother and more layered than other cognacs I've tried at this price point, with a long finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.

Elizabeth ★★★★★

The alambic still distillation really gives this XO a smoothness you don't find in mass-produced cognacs, and the single cru sourcing makes each sip feel more deliberate. I've been enjoying it neat after dinner—it's rich without being heavy.
