Coppi's Falanghina hails from Puglia. It is vinified with some skin contact. Stony vineyards contribute notable minerality. Floral notes coexist with basil and green apple in the aromatics. The broad palate offers pear, white peach and juicy acidity.

The skin contact gives it a lovely texture, and that basil note with the green apple makes it surprisingly refreshing. Perfect for a warm evening.

Aurora ★★★★★ Oct 20, 2026

That stony minerality really comes through on the finish, and the basil note is more pronounced than I expected for a white. It’s got a broad, almost chewy texture from the skin contact, which made it a great match for a simple grilled fish dinner.

Ellie ★★★★★ Oct 19, 2026

The brief skin contact gives it a silky texture you don’t often find in white wines—pairs perfectly with a simple basil pasta. That floral and green apple combo on the nose is subtle but really lifts the whole glass.
