Heirloom Brand, via the popular Wollersheim Distillery in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin throws their amaro offering into the ring with their Pineapple Amaro liqueur. A gentle and balanced 30%abv features luscious Queen Victoria pineapple enlivened with a collection of tropical spices and bitter botanicals. Excellent solo, it plays well with Caribbean and Latino cuisines and would compliment country ham, Jamaican hand pies, fried plantains, lechon asado, tacos al pastor and desserts. A versatile modifier for gin and rum cocktails and Daiquiri or Mai Tai riffs.
