Bronze Cut Apulian Pasta Added texture from the bronze cut method allows for optimum sauce retention. Isola Bronze Cut Spaghetti pasta cooks slowly it takes around 12-15 minutes on a low rolling boil. Because it is made with Durum Wheat Semolina, the pasta must regain that moisture and texture to be able to capture all of the flavor from the sauces and seasonings. Once you go bronze you don't go back!

Evelyn ★★★★★

The sauce actually clings to these noodles instead of sliding off, thanks to that rough bronze-cut texture. They take their sweet time on the stove, but the extra 12 minutes are worth it for that proper al dente bite.

Michael T. ★★★★★

The 12-15 minute cook time is a nice change from standard pasta—it gives the sauce more time to come together. The bronze cut really does make a difference, the sauce clings to the spaghetti perfectly.

Julian ★★★★★

I was really impressed with how the bronze-cut texture grabbed the sauce—way better than standard pasta. It took the full 15 minutes to cook, but the al dente bite was totally worth it.
