In collaboration with the iconic Field Museum, Journeyman has created a Gin in celebration of the museums 125th anniversary, setting out to honor the museum and Chicago’s history by utilizing botanicals that were introduced at the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition in Chicago. Journeyman was provided a list of over 1,500 different botanicals and plants originally collected in 1893,selecting 27 unique and historical botanicals to create a diversified and truly complex gin that reflects the amazing history of the Field Museum and the City of Chicago. Take a step back in time with this turn of the century gin.
