Category: OTHER GOODIES

Origin of grapes: Lérida, Catalonia, Spain Ellaboration: Aged 12 months in French oak barrels, method Schützenbach. Tasting Notes: Omed vinegars are characterized by a soft acidity. The production method lets the alcohol be transformed into acid while the other aromatic compounds are preserved in the vinegar. The goal is to be able to taste the essence of the fruit without being overwhelmed by acid. The chardonnay is slightly sweet and the liquid has a beautiful clear, golden presentation. Recommendations: Use this vinegar to marinate fish or on fish carpaccio. It is also great for pickling and on vegetables and salads.

Avery ★★★★★

I've been drizzling this over roasted vegetables and the soft acidity is exactly what was promised—no harsh bite at all. The French oak aging gives it a subtle richness that makes even simple salads feel special. Definitely worth the price for the quality.

Kevin B. ★★★★★

The 12-month aging in French oak gives it a really mellow acidity that I never expected from a vinegar. I've been using it on salads and even finishing roasted vegetables, and the complexity it adds is fantastic.

I was surprised by how smooth this vinegar is — the 12 months in French oak really mellows out the acidity. It’s lovely drizzled over roasted vegetables.
