Alexander G. ★★★★★

That anise kick on the finish really caught me off guard in the best way—perfect alongside the peppercorn-crusted steak I grilled. The pepper and meaty notes upfront are bold but not overwhelming.

Kevin N. ★★★★★

Opened it with a ribeye and some blue cheese crumbles, and that anise note on the finish really tied the whole bite together. The bramble fruit keeps it lively while the pepper and meaty layers settle in deep. Already thinking about a second bottle.

Hannah A. ★★★★★

That peppery kick hits you right away, but the bramble fruit keeps it balanced. Perfect with the blue cheese crumbles I threw on my steak last night — the anise on the finish really tied it together.
