Leve e equilibrado, com uma mineralidade fresca e acidez refrescante. A acidez relativamente elevada da Assyrtiko confere a este branco fácil de beber uma frescura crocante. Práticas vitícolas sustentáveis.

Lily G. ★★★★★

Opened this for a casual weeknight dinner and the cool minerality made it perfect alongside grilled fish. The sustainable vineyard practices are a nice bonus, too.

Thomas Q. ★★★★★

Opened this with grilled octopus and it was perfect, that cool minerality balanced the char beautifully. The acidity kept things refreshing without making it feel sharp, so we finished the bottle way too fast. Definitely grabbing another for the next seafood night.

Leo ★★★★★

The minerality in this Assyrtiko is exactly what I was hoping for—it gives the wine a crisp, clean finish without being too sharp. It paired perfectly with a light seafood dinner and stayed refreshing from the first sip to the last. Definitely a great find for an easy-drinking white with character.
