Poured this over ice after a long week and the bright citrus hit was just what I needed. The low sugar makes it dangerously easy to drink—gone before I knew it.

The rhubarb note really balances the bitterness perfectly—it's refreshing without being cloying. I pour it over a big ice cube and it's become my go-to afternoon drink.

I've been mixing this with a bit of soda water and a slice of orange, and the bright citrus front with that light bitter finish makes for such a refreshing afternoon drink. The low sugar content means I don't feel sluggish after a glass.
