The floral notes really come through—the chamomile and elderflower make this a much more elegant sipper than most dry vermouths I've tried. It’s perfect for a crisp martini, though I also enjoyed it on the rocks with a twist.

The bitter orange peel and iris come through beautifully over ice—elegant and dry without that harsh edge some vermouths have. I've been using it in martinis and it's transformed my at-home cocktail game.

I was skeptical about using this in a martini instead of my usual, but the elderflower and bitter orange peel notes really shine through and make it feel more complex. The chamomile and iris give it a floral elegance that pairs beautifully with gin.
