BONTERRA 'THE MCNAB' CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2020, Mendocino County (ORGANIC)

Opened it last night and that dark berry kick hit me right away—definitely more structured than your average Cab. The finish lingers for a good minute, which is exactly what I look for in a bold red.

The 20% Petite Sirah adds just enough structure to make this Cabernet feel polished and layered without being too heavy. I opened a bottle with grilled steak last weekend, and the fine-grained tannins held up beautifully through the whole meal.

That 20% Petite Sirah really makes a difference here—gives it a bold structure without being harsh. I served it with grilled steaks and the tannins cut through the fat perfectly. One of the better organic cabs I've had.
