The dark berry fruit and oak spice hit you right away on the nose, and the tannins are firm but not harsh—paired perfectly with a steak. For a 2020, it’s drinking beautifully now, with plenty of concentration and structure to hold up for a few more years.

Opened it last night with some roast chicken and it was already drinking beautifully for such a young Nuits. The firm tannins softened perfectly by the second glass.

The dark berry and oak spice hit right away, but the structure really surprised me—firm tannins that softened beautifully after an hour in the glass. Already approachable now, which I didn't expect from a Nuits-Saint-Georges.
