The grapefruit and pineapple on the nose really come through, and the lemon-peach finish stays crisp without turning bitter. It’s light enough for a weekday pour but holds its own next to a plate of oysters.

Grabbed a bottle to pair with some grilled shrimp last night, and the grapefruit and pineapple aromas were spot-on. The lemon and peach flavors made it taste even better alongside the citrus marinade. Perfectly crisp without being too sharp—I’ll definitely be buying more.
