CHIMAY GRANDE RESERVE 比利時啤酒 11oz 單瓶

Picked up a single bottle to see what the hype was about, and the aroma alone is incredibly rich and complex. It’s a dark Trappist beer that really opens up as it warms, with a depth I haven’t found in many other ales. Definitely going to grab a few more to see how it ages.

The aroma hits you right away when you pour it, complex and inviting. I’ve had it fresh, but knowing the flavor improves with age makes this bottle feel special for cellaring.

The dark color is beautiful, and that complex aroma really does open up after you let it breathe for a few minutes. It’s surprisingly smooth for such a bold ale, and I can see why it’s meant to age.
