COURONNE BRIE 60% CREAM(LB)

I sliced off a wedge and it literally started pooling on the plate at room temperature. That oozy, buttery texture is exactly what I was hoping for from a 60% cream brie.

The 60% cream content makes this brie practically pour off the knife—it melts into a puddle on the plate within minutes at room temp. I’ve never had a French brie this lush or this genuinely lactic before.

I spread this on a warm slice of sourdough and it melted into a puddle of pure cream. That 60% cream content really makes it ooze without being runny.
