D'ARTAGNAN 鴨肉阿馬尼亞克香腸（8.5盎司）

I usually make my own sausage, but this one caught my eye because of the no-nitrate promise, and the flavor of the duck and Armagnac really comes through without being overpowering. It’s a great quick appetizer for a dinner party, and knowing the meat is humanely raised makes it feel worth the splur

The chunks of duck are generous and the Armagnac comes through with a warm, subtle kick—not at all overpowering. Cut it into thick slices and pan-fried it until the edges crisped, and it held together perfectly. I've already ordered another two.

Folded it into a cassoulet this weekend and the duck flavor really came through without being gamey. You can tell it's made in small batches, and the texture is firm but juicy. Already ordered two more.
