I've been buying pitted Kalamatas for years and these actually taste like the ones I had in Greece—fruity, not just salty. The pits are genuinely gone too, so no surprise crunch in my salads. The 6 oz jar is small, but I finished it in a week.

I was worried these would be mushy after months of curing, but the texture is firm and satisfying. Really brings that authentic Greek flavor to my salads and pasta dishes.
