The three years on the lees really shows in the texture—it’s creamy but still crisp, with those golden apple flavors coming through clean. A great value for a bottle this complex, perfect for a weeknight toast.

The blend of Auxerrois and Pinot Blanc gives it a softer, rounder mouthfeel than many Champagnes I’ve tried. It’s crisp enough for oysters but still has that golden apple finish.
