KEEP IT SA.VOR.Y HOPS FLOWER SEA SALT（3.5盎司）

Tried it in a simple chicken soup and the herby-citrusy notes really came through without being overpowering. The salt crystals are a nice medium grind too, so they dissolve quickly.

Sprinkled it on corn on the cob straight off the grill and the herby-citrus kick came through without overpowering the sweetness—exactly what I hoped for. The salt crystals are a nice medium size, so they cling to the kernels without making everything too salty.

Put a generous pinch on my roasted potatoes last night and the subtle citrusy hop flavor was incredible. This salt is way more interesting than the plain stuff I usually buy, and I'm already planning to use it in my next batch of bread.
