LACONICFOODS 希臘野生百里香蜂蜜 (11.11 盎司)

The crystallized texture threw me off at first but that's how you know it's real wild thyme honey, not the syrupy stuff. Stirred a spoonful into hot tea and the herbal flavor came through without being overwhelming.

The jar size is just right for my morning tea, and the honey's rich herbal taste is noticeably different from standard clover honey – a real treat.

The thyme aroma comes through without being overpowering, and the texture is nicely thick for spreading. The 11.11 oz jar has lasted me a good while since a little goes a long way. Definitely my new go-to honey for toast and tea.
