LOMBARDINI LAMBRUSCO 'IL ROSA' ROSATO SECCO NV

This Lambrusco rosato is my new go-to for warm afternoons — the strawberry hint comes through just enough without being sweet. It's refreshingly dry but still has enough body to feel like a real glass of wine.

This is exactly the kind of dry, bubbly rosé I want for a warm afternoon—the body is rounder than most, but it stays super refreshing. A hint of strawberry makes it feel summery without being sweet.

The strawberries really come through on the nose, and for a rosato secco it's surprisingly round on the palate. This is exactly what I want for a warm evening on the patio—crisp but not thin, and the dry finish keeps it from being cloying.
