LOWENSENF 辣味芥末醬 255公克罐裝 德國

Opened this for some bratwurst and the texture is perfect — coarsely ground with real mustard seed bits throughout. The heat builds gradually and adds a nice kick without being overpowering. Will definitely buy again for German cold cuts.

The heat hits right away but settles fast, and the fresh-ground texture is what sells me—you can actually see the seeds. I spread it on a cold-cut sandwich and it woke up the whole thing without overpowering the meat.

We've been using this on our bratwurst and the freshly ground mustard seeds really cut through the richness. The slight heat lingers just enough to make every bite interesting.
