Twenty rounds was more than enough to get through two wheels of brie and a block of cheddar over the holidays. They're thin but hold up fine between layers, and I like that I can just toss each one after a wheel instead of scrubbing the same disc.

The rounds are cut perfectly round and have a nice, slightly waxy texture that keeps my soft cheeses from sticking. They work exactly as needed for wrapping up leftover wedges.

I got these to wrap little homemade cheese gifts and the parchment releases cleanly without tearing the rind. Twenty rounds is more than enough for a few gift boxes, and they look way nicer than plastic wrap.
