These are the perfect texture—crispy but not hard, and they don't crumble everywhere when you spread a soft goat cheese on them. The lemon and sea salt combo is subtle, just enough to brighten the flavor without stealing the show.

I was a bit skeptical about a cracker that’s supposed to be subtle, but the lemon and sea salt flavor is just right—it doesn’t overpower the cheese. I opened a box with some fresh goat cheese for a picnic, and the crunch is perfect with a light olive oil finish. Already ordered more.
