The texture is amazing once fried—crispy and light, just like homemade chips. We had them with a creamy gorgonzola dip and they held up perfectly without getting soggy.

I grabbed a bag for our last charcuterie night and these were gone before the salami. They hold up way better than tortilla chips under a heavy scoop of dip, and the crisp when fried is exactly what I wanted.

I was looking for something different to serve with my cheese board, and these carasau crackers were a great find. They held up well to a thick hummus without getting soggy, and the texture after a quick fry was perfect. Only wish the bag was a bit bigger for the price.
